At Xshades, we value our clients and strive to provide the best experience with our XShades Collection. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

• We offer refunds for products purchased directly from Xshades within 07 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a refund, the XShades must be in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and tags.

2. Non- Refundable:

•  Prescription Glasses are non-refundable 

3. Credit card Refund Method: 

• "If you pay us through an online transaction, we will refund you with a 5% deduction.

3. Refund Process:

• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@xshadespk.com or +92 312 1174564 within the 07-day refund period.
• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

5. Inspection and Approval:

• Once we receive the returned XShades, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• Refunds will be processed within [10] business days after approval.

6. Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exclusions:

• Customized or personalized XShades are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Refunds will not be provided for products purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the respective retailer for their refund policy.

Note: 

For orders paid via Bank Transfer, we will refund the full amount. Only 300/- Rs Delivery Charges will be deducted.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 4% deduction will be applied as tax by the government.
